I am in the same temps as you with more humidity during the hottest parts of the summer, my temps wouldn't get above 245 in normal daily driving, you just can't rag on the car in the heat. That being said, I do track my car and installed an oil cooler and that has made a huge difference in temps.
Taking it to the dealer won't do any good, they'll run diagnostics and then blame your modified tune and exhaust.
