I used it a few times, and I'll admit, it didn't change anything noticeably. As far as MMO by word of mouth, even Master ASE techs swear MMO works and has cured noisy valvetrains. But the cars I used it on, I haven't used it on them since 2007. 1987 Dodge ram 318 and it's still running like a damn champ, and my 90 honda crx si b16a that was still running strong until my distributor shaft bearing seized, seizing the whole intake camshaft knocking the timing off and bending my valves, that was back in 2011, and I just bought it a new belt, retimed it, and started right up, purring but sputtering a little bit, ran like a champ but not like it use to until October 2013 where one of the valves just broke in hald. Just one valve, and theres 4 valves per cylinder. I seperated the block and head, and thats when I found out I had bent valves. There was no noise coming from the engine and when I was driving, the car just shut off. I just swapped the engine with another b16 engine. My bad, I like all makes and models, so just talking about cars and working on the comp got me rambling

So I can vouch it doesn't harm anything. The jdm b16a engine had the original distributor from 1991. It was bound to happen
