Speaking of work, my "temporary retirement" comes to an end tomorrow morning. I start my new job literally around the corner from my old office, so I still have a 7 mile commute which is unheard of in Houston.

Since I found a job before my severance money ran out, I did the American thing and bought a new daily driver! Picked up a new 2014 Mini Countryman.

Drove the Z to a brunch meet yesterday and loved every minute of it.
