These were purchased back in 2010. I replaced the wiring from the crossovers to the drivers with Cardas 11.5AWG wire. This greatly improved the sound by removing the grain and smoothing out nicely. Very effective upgrade. Crossovers were left stock. The inside walls gained some dampening with the use of dynamat on all interior surfaces. The foam was reapplied over top.

There is nothing wrong with these speakers beyond the one ding on the back top side (not seen when on stands unless you are behind them looking for it) and one little nick also noted in the pictures along with the bottom scuffs caused by decoupling spikes. Again, you aren't staring at the bottom.

I paid $1,300 (retail is $1,600). Asking $650 + shipping which is roughly $100. Color is Rosenut. They do include the original black covers!
