I get the same thing, but its only when I don't give the car a little gas/revs before I start releasing the clutch. If I give it a little gas it will not have that issue even if the intake temp and oil temps are high. If I remember right it is the result of lowering emissions by nissan for daily drivers, maybe someone remembers the post/thread, this issue isn't the first time it's been discussed.
