I assume this was meant to be Texas World Speedway like the other thread over in the track section right? Texas Motor Speedway is well-maintained and used for current NASCAR events, but I haven't heard of or been to any Road-Race-style DEs there. I think they do have some "driving schools" (in NASCAR-type cars doing circles), but they're expensive and mostly tailored for NASCAR fans that want an "Experience" more than really being a real driving education AFAICS.
