I don't have my exact quote on me, been 4 years since my SC was installed, but the one thing I can suggest on pricing is get as much done up front as possible if you can. The car comes apart a good chunk, and this is an ideal time to install thing such as new clutch, radiator, etc. and many shops will reduce labor costs since the car is already apart.

Typical shop rate is probably 80-120 dollars per hour I believe, and a typical FI install I believe is 2-3 days of work if all materials are on hand.
