It shouldn't be too hard, you can use the speaker wires of the bose sub as high-level inputs for your amplifier - just have to run power and connect the ground assuming you find an amp that uses high-level input as a remote turn on. You can use something like THIS to tap into the existing speaker wires so you don't have to cut them.
