I would say that if you are going to never run it, then yes...take it off. Not sure how more roll in the rear makes it squirrely, but perhaps for your driving style it does.
It is a tuning tool. I have run many cars at the track or autocrossing where disconnecting the rear swaybar tightens the car up...that's what it does plain and simple. Do I advise driving constantly like that? No unless you love it so much that you just remove it.
The original question didn't mention SPL toe arms though...and did you remove BOTH enlinks? Or just one??
