If multiple hard stops didn't make it better, it's not just glazing and you may have a warped rotor.

Since you have the steering wheel misalignment, there is a good chance that you hit something and damaged part of the brakes/suspension/steering.

Steering wheel position is used by the various traction/stability systems and should be realigned after fixing underlying problem.

Quit ******* around and get a pro to check things out. You don't know what you're doing and we can't troubleshoot remotely.
