Well I won't be going there. The drive is a bit long. I am looking to order a tire wheel package from them to be shipped to Calgary.
From all the reviews I read, they seem to be straight up place.

However on May 24th, I took my car in to have the tires switched over, I had the unfortunate pleasure of hearing how the staff speak about customers and their cars. Another customer in a white BMW wanted a picture of their car in front the store and I overheard Farzooq Sayed (Zook or Zookie) say, "Move all the cars out front...actually, just move the Golf, it's the only s***ty car out there." I approached him and asked if he called my car "s***ty." The look on his face said he was caught. He tried to tell me some lie about how he was talking about moving cars somewhere "shady" and I misheard him. Simply Tire's in an industrial area with no shade anywhere nearby, I'm not buying that nonsense. Zook should've just apologized but he insisted on lying and telling me I was wrong.
I realize I don't own a hot sports car and I'm not a big spender, but there's no reason to talk crap about customer's cars and lie to them when you're caught. If you don't care about being treated with respect, Simply Tire will do a fine job with your wheels/tires. I do care about businesses treating customers poorly and I won't be back.
