Well Yamaha if it's coming from REAR area it's probably the spline from Axle into wheel hub that's making the noise. Most on here either take the wheel and nut off and pull the hub off the rear axle and clean and regrease with hi temp grease. Others take it to the shop and have it done. If it's the front I don't know. I do know wheel bearings if they're failing make noise at any speed, raise the front end and spin the tire, you'll feel it for sure.
