Yup, no problem, it ended up being my state was changed somehow even though I have had my account for a long time and ordered many times with my shipping address. Regardless, updated the state and was able to checkout.

That's usually an indication that something's haywire with your shipping address. Incorrect state, zip code, etc. FedEx doesn't let you proceed with the order is the address is "unshippable."
