Autonation is offering me $26.5k…by far the highest offer I got both private and dealer. Is this a decent offer? Should I just do it? Thanks guys.

it's not a bad offer by them since it is considered dead on for "avg trade in" contdition. no dealer will ever giver you clean/good value on a trade. unless it has like 2k miles or less and is pristine. since yours is only a year old and already 35k miles that is why you wont get a dime about avg trade in value of 26.5k.
private party sale of you doing it yourself you'll always have low ball offers. just part of the game.
