Free windshield on full coverage insurance is something covered under the insurance laws in Florida. I dont believe Cali has that same law, so even the repairs are out of pocket.

The repairs are typically free (after they talk to your insurance company), but the windshield replacement will most likely cost you unless you are willing to make an insurance claim.
