Not to be confused with the following Art of the Car Concours, with this event we all can display our pride and joys for all the shoppers in the City Market. Yes, we realize that Sunday is Father’s Day but what a great way and place to spend the day!!

If you’re new to the area the City Market is where a farmer’s market is held every weekend. It’s a really cool with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a museum. More info here: About the City Market :: City Market Kansas City

First, here are the details for the Art of the Machine:

Begin at 9:30 a.m. we’ll begin gathering in the parking located on the NE corner of 3rd and Grand beginning at 9:30 a.m. .

There we’ll be putting the final polishing and shining touches on our rides prior to the show.

9:59 a.m. we’ll pull out of the lot and parade into the heart of the City Market where we’ll display our prized possessions, answer questions from passersby, and basically enjoy the environment and atmosphere.

The car show ends at 2 p.m.

SPECIAL NOTE! Not that we have had this issue but the City Market has asked us to inform you that grills, alcohol, and dogs are not allowed.

In preparation for this you may want to consider bringing cleaning supplies to gussy up your car, chairs to sit in, stuff like sun block, bottled water.

Following the AotM we’ll gather a few steps away at Minsky’s to “refuel our tanks” with great Minsky’s food and beverages.

Hope you can join us!
This event is still a GO!! The forecast is for light and spotty showers in the morning and will be gone by noon. If you want to wait until later in the morning OR meet us at Minsky's around 2 pm that's OK also.

The more the merrier.
