My tune achieved 299.3 rwhp and 243.2 torque and I started at 283.2 hp and 235.3 torque (all SAE corrected). The dyno was done on a dynojet 248 in 4th gear. 5th gear was tried but ran into two problems: 5th gear brings the speed close to 160 (especially when the rev limit is changed) and this dyno only goes to 150 and uprev recommended 4th gear as the dyno puts too much load onto the 5th gear.
My observations: Dynoing really isn't an exact science as heat soak (especially in aluminum engines) starts almost right away and can throw everything off. So unless you have the time to let the the engine cool for at least 30 minutes between runs I believe the readings will be off somewhat.
My mods: Berk HFCs, R2C intake with Modshack vent mod, and smaller, lighter crank. The Modshack vent mod is great and intake air temps are never more than 8 degrees above the ambient temp.
