I have been putting off taking my car in hoping that a TSB was soon to be released. That would mean I wouldn't have to go in and argue with the dummies at my dealership that there is a noise coming from the ECU. However, I am not sure how much longer I can stand this stupid noise. I like AM radio in the mornings and at lunch, but usually listen to music in the afternoons which will cover the noise.

You should take it in and at least report you have the problem. At the very least Nissan can get some statistics back from actual customers.
