All the dealership is doing is cleaning out your dirty clutch fluid. The fact they put GTR fluid in there is incidental. Clean fresh fluid has less water absorbed, hence it doesn't boil as fast. I've heard anecdotal evidence that the GTR has a higher boiling point but I've never seen a comparison between factory fill clutch fluid and the GTR clutch fluid (Both probably DOT4). I'd say if your driving is causing the clutch fluid to get dirty enough to need replacing already you probably will be needing a master cylinder or slave cylinder soon.

There are guys on the forum that have had 3-4 CSC/Master combos replaced, and guys with upwards of 60K on their car with no problems.
Mine has 22K on it and is 09 and same MC and CSC from factory.
