the car drove normally correct?(minus cruise control of course) did the little gear indicator in the dash work? the clutch interlock switch failure may have caused the abs to shut off, the ecu reflash may have erased the home position on the gear shifter sensor. replace the clutch interlock switch and do the gear lever neutral position relearn and do a battery disconnect reset it will probably fix all your problems. OOOooohh wait you took it to the stealer already? In that case prepare to pay about $1200, have them tell you they couldn't fix it all, have your warranty voided, and I'm sure it will come back with a few new issues. Good luck brother
