No UOA?!!! You are not qualified to make any of the statements above! Most current data suggests that oil changes at the 3-5k frequency actually hurt the engine more than extending the mileage. No definitive mileage endpoint exists at this time. Staying with a 5W-30 for a 200,000 mile vehicle violates any/all manufacturer's maintenance schedule. How much 5W-30 oil per 1000 miles was your 200,000 mile Subaru using? "Any 5W-30 will be fine for the 370Z engine"?!!! What???!!!!
