probably what was available at the time. The 9.5s in 19'' sold out quick (because that is the lowest size with the super deep concave..9'' is a regular concave).... 10.5s as well iirc (offset reasons maybe? since most were going 305 in the back anyway) . When I called about new f14s before I got different wheels, the best they had were 9s, 10s, and 11s in 19inch.
