If you rev match an upshift like you would a downshift, you can eliminate the sound some. Just practice letting the rev go down to the correct rpm each upshift, obviously it depends on your speed and timing. 1st gear to second is always the hardest to get just right. Prepare to drive a little slower than normal though. You can drive decently fast in this method once you get use to it, but the car stock is not meant for slamming gears straight out the box I would say. Probably need to upgrade mounts, better clutch kit and flywheel, better suspension, then you can go speed racer with it while keeping the car on the ground, otherwiseyou'll get the boat effect and you can see the front raising.

Forgot to mention, on the last half of what I was saying in that paragraph, is shifting too fast, while the first half of the paragraph was refering to shifting slower
