The 370 doesn't really pickup until after 3-3.5k in my opinion, but when the power comes on it kicks WAY harder than my 350. +1 I drive a '99 corolla, and whenever i got to drive a 09 C300 and CL600 (v12 bi-turbo FTW) for work, acceleration is (duh) obvious. I still can't get over the fact that when passing someone in the CL600 at 70mph I look down and I'm going 110mph, the car interior is just sooo comfy.
