Plus the rear hatch spring issue (minor annoyance, easily fixed) and the oil consumption issue (which is probably not going to affect any 2009s still on the road after 5+ years).

Completely disagree, I've owned my Z since May of '09 and couldn't be happier with it. I would guess that any 2009s still on the road have been "road tested" pretty well after 5+ years. I'd just make sure to pull the steering wheel lock fuse if I bought an '09 or '10 (although I think not all '10s have the steering wheel lock)...

Agree on the Bose audio. Not sure what you're referring to on the Touring Package's "limitations". I guess I've never noticed any (unless it has something to do with Nav, which I don't have).
