Thanks for the responses guys! Mileage is about 40k miles.

So the situation was a bit sticky (car outside on the driveway, blocking my other car, on an incline, no one around to help me push it around, worked from home for a day, lots of construction happening in the area etc etc) I figured I had to take action fast as I was having Ricky Bobby style fits - and got it towed. I wanted to get the work done at a Z shop here and maybe go aftermarket but they couldn't take me in until June 7th, so I ended up taking it to a dealership.

I got a call back from them earlier today and they said the cylinders look fine and that I probably boiled the fluid. They're doing a bleed right now. I don't understand some of this stuff but didn't argue - don't want to burn a hole in me pocket. . I guess maybe it makes sense because the pedal didn't lose hydraulic pressure, it just dropped a little bit and my bite point was already pretty low.

Not looking forward to running into this again...
