I just borrowed another tire gauge from my friend and measured the psi when cold and the tires are at 40psi. Looks like tire pressure was the culprit. However, I'll do another alignment when I replace the two rear just to make sure that the alignment is still good.

Regarding the Bf Goodrich tires, I used on my RSX before and they last a good 40k miles with occasionally canyon. I would expect that these would last me at least 25k. Performance wise, but it's pretty decent, not Michelin SS of course but enough for DD and occasionally canyon. However, it have more road noise compare to the kumho 4x and Michelin SS.
