Yeah I can't blame you then. All I can emphasize is that you set their expectations
before they get the car. I spoke with RR Nissan service manager on the phone and even came by before ever setting up the work to be done. I explained the horror story I read on here where someone had the headline replaced under warranty and the dealer scratched and damaged a bunch of interior panels. I basically told them to do it right or don't even bother because I won't stand for anything less than quality work. Thankfully, they lived up to my expectations. Of course, those guys are all gone now, so I would have to do the same thing to the next manager if I bring it in for any other work. Be very polite and friendly, but make sure they know you can be just as mean and nasty if they don't treat you right.
