See thats what ive always thought and still find myself thinking most of the time. But the fact that a mustang is certainly not rare i think a nicely modded and good ooking mustang that gets my attention is rare. And its true that every once in a blue moon one pulls into a car show behind the countless other ones that says hey im a mustang but a damn fine one at that. I used to find mysef judging all the american makes and scoffing but as i get older and more appreciative of all cars I think ya know at least ford has the decency to provide an enthusiast car with frequent refreshers with a reasonable after market. Plus market value of that car is about 5k more than my car so thinking logically its a no brainer...
And then theres the problem of rapidly growing ricer crowd getting into the 370 platform as it slowly creeps into the lower $20k dollar range and as douchebags slowly total their 350's. If you dont believe me go look at the 370z facebook page...or don't i had to leave it. Ugh ive had 3 z's and i hate leaving but 2 seats is no longer practical even for a weekend cruise as i may want to take my wife and baby along once in a while. and while it may be tight in a stang its certainly doable.
I did test drive the mustang and the power was fantastic. id certainly be lowering 1.5" and doing the full roush suspension package.
