I would contact your credit card company ASAP as well as JAG. Credit card company would probably be the quickest & best result provided you are in good standing & the card company is worth their salt. Expalin to them what Sam at GTM told you as well as your situation of shipping out. In short GTM has basically refused your refund & not provided any product. Going thru the court system sucks & even if you win, getting payment can still be a chore.
I wish you the best in getting a solid resolution to this mess. I use to promote their oil pan , which is a great product, but the way they have done people is just wrong so count me in on the GTM
