And yes, Nissan's system KILLS ME. Gotta call, wait for moron 1 to take my info and complaint... Then wait for a day or two to get another call with someone who can actually help.
God forbid you need a refund. 2+ years after I cancelled my warranty for my flooded Maxima, haven't gotten a thing back. Sent them files and info 10 times.
Same with paying them... In Texass I have 30 days for a payment to become late. These fůcks called after 3 days and called like 5 times a day... (This was when my grandfather passed, and I remember sending a $1000 check covering over 2 months.) I fuckíng YELLED at them, I wanted to murder someone there when they kept ******* calling over and over for days in a row. I had 2 years of clean payments too... I have 2 more years with them and I'm paying $2k a month to get out of the fuckíng thing...
