i've searched and searched but everyone's replies is just "its simple" "easy"

I ordered my lip and it should be here today or tomorrow. so I'm wondering if this is REALLY THAT EASY to install? im not good with doing car work,

to the ones that have the EVO-R front lip 3 piece, does the screws or whatever come with it? am i going to be drilling holes in my bumper? or like using tape or something? if i am not able to do it, ill just send it to a bodyshop and blow like $200-300...
