I want to show everyone what is going on with me.

here some inside detail about me.

Im a US Soldier residing in Ft Leonard Wood, MO.
I was told to get my TT-KIT back in April ship to IL. (Where my family live)

things has change and that I could be ACTIVATED for oversea.

I have ask for a refund roughly 2 week before May.

Sam at GTM told me no problem he will have it done before I start special training on May 6.

Today 5/10/14

He told me I will have to do everything my self and do all the claims by my self through my card issuer. As of anything pass 45 days it would be hard to do a CLAIM.

As I work and go to special training sometime for very long hours I stay perfectly calm about this.

so my card issuer told me they can open up a case and they will see what they can do but at this point GTM Motorsport DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE CALLS/ NOR WILL THEY REPLY TO MY EMAIL.

Funny how they call me 5 min after email. but they cant pick my number up.

I will be leaving soon and possibly wont be able to contact GTM.
so technically they can say the SHIP my ITEM but I wont be there to RECEIVE IT.

or THEY can just KEEP my MONEY.

my last OPTION IS TO CALL MILITARY SERVICE (JAG) / Civilian Lawyer to handle this in court.


I was wondering if you guys can help me out who ever can see and READ THIS.

IM NOT ASKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT BECAUSE IM IN THE SERVICE OR ANYTHING IM JUST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BEFORE I LEAVE.
