Sunset, No, the radiator installed does not leave enough room. The radiator is very thick and that's what you want for optimal cooling. I went to Ace Hardware and picked up some spacers with new hardware to make it fit (added some lock-tight). I've had it installed for just about a year and all is fine. See the picture of spacers and album below.

The Mishimoto Radiator is an awesome radiator for the Z and I highly recommend it. However, don't take my word for it. Do your own research as I did. I personally wanted a two row radiator with more capacity than the CSF. This radiator helps keep cooling temps down including my oil temp.
