Yep. You need $10-15k for the kit, supporting mods, etc. And then you need to have a savings account with enough money in it to buy and install a motor. Boosting a factory NA car is an expensive proposition. ANd you can't save money on it. If you cut corners up front, you'll pay far, far more later when it catches up to you. Most people would be better served by doing all the bolt ons and a tune, a lot of suspension work, and then tracking/AutoXing the car to learn how to really drive it. 330whp is still a lot of car and you'll save $10k.
