I think he is referring to the silver end link behind the driveshaft.
The Endlink is to a custom bladed swaybar. So instead of having a 1pc swaybar with 3-4 holes of adjustment the swaybar is strait with a "blade" on each end. The blades are shaped in such a manner that by rotating them you can effectively change the stiffness across the swaybar. This allows for infinite adjustment on the bar along with other advantages.
