Can someone at Z1 get back to me about my order?
Hey there Z1,
I am a little disappointed in the response time for an inquiry about a faulty oil cooler line I am needing replacement. I have contacted Z1 by both phone and email multiple times over the last 11 days without response to any. I finally ended up PMing Jon two days ago, but after he requested what was up haven't heard anything back. I contacted the returns, info, and parts department without reply to any. I didn't want to post here but I would like to get a response. It's okay if you're busy and I understand but a response back would be nice so we can fix this.
