Original wheels were 11" +10 offset. You widened them by 1.5" or 38.1mm. Now take that 38.1mm and divide it by 2 to get 19.05. You then add 19.05 to your +10 offset giving you a final offset of +29.

normally youd be right but in this case since the entire 1.5 inches was added to the back you do not divide anything by half because the whole additionaly 38.1mm was added all on the backside none on the front, and its only 45 not 48 because you lose 1/16th of an inch when they make the seperation cut
