I knew something wasn't right with your offsets. Your actual rear offsets are +29 and not +45. Here's how to calculate it:

Original wheels were 11" +10 offset. You widened them by 1.5" or 38.1mm. Now take that 38.1mm and divide it by 2 to get 19.05. You then add 19.05 to your +10 offset giving you a final offset of +29.
