Time Warner has completely fvcked my residential internet service. Last night I tested 0.04 Mbps down and 0.84 Mbps up. I'm supposed to be getting 30/5. Oh and I had a service appointment yesterday morning between 8-9am. The guy calls me at 9:30am and asks where I am. At fvcking work you late mofo
