NST - Please take note:

When you advertise a product, and a date of shipping, you are creating a de-facto contract to deliver said goods on promise of payment. When someone such as myself pays you for a short shifter, we are doing so on the premise that it will be completed and shipped by the promised date. I understand that sometimes there are delays, however when multiple people have already paid you and are waiting for their product, we expect (rightfully so) daily detailed updates as to why we don't have the product yet, and when we can expect it. Do you have 5 done and are waiting on the next 5 to be completed? OK, ship out the first 5, let those people know, and let the next 5 know an exact date they can expect theirs to ship. The lack of CLEAR communication is what has me worried about you.

Please keep in mind that come Friday if you walk into your boss' office and ask for your paycheck, and he told you it wasn't ready yet, you would be upset. You worked all week for the promise of payment, and that payment was expected by a particular date. If he told you that you would probably get paid next week, maybe the week after, how would you feel? Remember that the next time you take hard earned money from people promising a product on a date and don't deliver.
