My 2012 roadster, which I bought gently-used this January, had the issue of the windows not going down far enough to avoid catching on the top when you open the doors. The TSB calls for a window adjustment and top replacement if the top is damaged.

I went to another dealer, showed them the problem, and got a totally different attitude. I left the car with them, they adjusted the windows and called me to pick it up. My windows were adjusted properly and there was absolutely no mention of money.
You should get in touch with NNA to tell them about Dealer #1.
