I went with the AS3 because they are an all season rated for more mileage (6 yr/45k miles vs. PSS 6 yr/30k miles) and were a little bit cheaper.
The PSS were my second choice, only because of the warranty and being considered a summer tire. The only issue I know of when it comes to summer tires is that when temps drop, they tend to get harder, and lose some of their traction. While that is not necessarily a big issue with us here in CFL, it does sometimes get cold enough to make a difference.
If you are looking more for the performance end of it, you may want to go PSS. My Z is my DD, so I went with the all season AS3. Either way I would say that you are making a good choice.
