Lugs were exactly $300 CAD from garage16, they shipped them free too. The caps are only $22 but I ordered those from the US and shipping was like $28.
Bought the caps before the lugs and hadn't discovered garage16 yet, so maybe they could bring the caps in. The REVO's come with caps but they are black.
