I wish I would've seen you post about dipping your car, I would've given you a couple pointers!
When laying white, you must have a solid base coat of gunmetal or black. You will use double, almost triple the amount of white that you would use without having a base coat/ 1/2 gal of gunmetal or black. Thats why you're running thru the dip so fast. But even still, red, white, and a few other colors have weak coverage without a base coat.
Looks good though as far as texture is concerned. DYC sprayer is pretty solid and is great to just pick it up and DIY.
