My "mother in law's" old crone friends told my wife that "he'll have joint issues with that sports car, har har", you can imagine.....
So far just taking the wallet out of my back pocket is all I've done. I'm not a "tip toe" driver, I drive with the ball of my foot, not the toes, so far I've had no issues, at first I had some stiffness on the clutch leg, but after I got accustomed to it no issues since.
I do go the gym regularly to keep limber. At 53 you gotta take what you can get.
OP may have to experiment to find the best position. Some folks just have back alignment issues with these cars, that's why I got mine for a steal with 11K on the speedo.
