Don understood the question from the start...and if you are implying that he purposly made me wait because he was upset about me asking for 5% off, that again is not a company I want to work with. Is that how you say CarbonSignal deals with customers? You obviously have more experience with the company---any further insight on their normal practices would be appreicated.
