Just wanted to take time out of my day to make sure other potential buyers stay clear of this company. I'm so frustraited, I have been waiting over a month, (closer to two) for a response on a simple price quote. We have had dialogue throughout this extremely long waiting period, so its not like they forgot about my request. I have had to initiate every conversation, as I assume they are not capable of a follow up on their own. If they can't even complete a simple task of a price quote, I have no faith they are even remotely cabable of producing quality pieces on time. CarbonSignal refuses to take any responsibility on the issue, always placing the blame on their "provider". I'm very dissapointed in this company and their lack of responsibility and initiative.
