At which point Berk personally contacted everyone to let them know about the delays. Delays happen, unfortunately they are out of Berk's control and I am not sure what more they can do at this point. I don't feel like it is just cause to publicly talk down on them and bring their reputation down for something that is beyond their control. I think they handled the unexpected delay perfectly. If you don't like the situation then cancel your order. It is a bummer that the exhausts are delayed, but you have the option to cancel and get a full refund. I don't see any reason to be upset. When you make statements like "this is another Forgestar situation" you drive customers away and that is not cool. Eveyone is stuggling in this economy and if you are driving customers away you are directly affecting peoples lives. Sorry to vent on you but after being on the other side of this industry as a business owner it pisses me off that people are so quick to talk trash without any real reason. So I ask everybody to please make sure you have a REALLY good reason before you go publicly talk trash on the forums about a company.
