Its been a long year already with the new web-store, and growth we have had in the last 4-6 months. So the new support system helps us sort of keep track of everyone, and it allows you to see where we are on your ticket.
Sorry for all the confusion, but lots of growing pains here, and we are still learning to deal with customer service issues as quick as possible.
